In-House Manufacture

We make it. On-site.

Our in-house joinery facility means you get bespoke pieces made to your exact specification — no middlemen, no delays, no surprises. What you see on the drawing is what arrives on site.

Why It Matters

Design, build, finish, install — all from one team.

Most contractors sub out their joinery. We don't. Keeping it under one roof means we control the lead times, the tolerances, the finish — and we own the outcome from drawing to install.

Whether it's a single feature counter or a full multi-site rollout, the work goes through the same quality process: CAD-designed, CNC-cut, spray-finished, QC-checked, and shipped ready-to-install.

  • Bespoke colour matching to brand standards
CAD Design

Full CAD capability — from the most basic to highly complex bespoke items. We work from your drawings or develop new ones with you, with full prototyping where needed.

  • Detail drawings, GA drawings, install instructions
  • Prototyping and sample approval before production
  • Coordination with M&E, brand and architect drawings
End-to-End Control

Design, manufacture, QC, and delivery all under one roof. No excuses, no finger-pointing — one team, one set of standards, one accountability for the result.

  • Single point of contact from brief to handover
  • QC-checked before anything leaves the workshop
  • Delivered and installed by our own fitters
How It Works

From your brief to your site.

Click any step to dig into what happens at that stage.

01

Brief & Survey

We get to know the job — the brand, the brief, the constraints, and the programme. Site survey if needed, drawings reviewed, and a clear scope agreed before anything else moves.

02

CAD & Detailing

Designs developed and detailed in-house, ready for review and sign-off before anything is cut. Prototypes and samples where required, with clear approval points along the way.

03

CNC Cut

Materials cut precisely to drawing — repeatable, accurate, and ready for assembly. Whether it's one piece or hundreds, the tolerances stay the same.

04

Spray & QC

Sprayed, finished, and quality-checked under the same roof — no surprises on site. Every piece signed off against the spec before it leaves the workshop.

05

Deliver & Install

Delivered to programme by our team, installed by our fitters, and signed off ready to trade. Single point of accountability from brief to handover.
